Retail Product Launch for Adidas x Office, Trafford Centre

For the Adidas x Office launch at Manchester's Trafford Centre, we brought our lenticular booth to the shop floor. Shoppers created GIFs that were made into holographic prints in store while they watched. That physical moment mattered: guests shared their digital GIF and the experience of receiving the print itself, doubling the content from every visit.

Overview

To mark the launch of Office’s new flagship store at Trafford Centre, we created a photo experience designed to spark conversation, social sharing and in-store buzz — in partnership with Adidas.

The brief was clear: give influencers something they hadn’t seen before.

The Idea

We introduced lenticular photography — transforming digital GIFs into physical, animated takeaways.

Each guest stepped into a photo moment that captured movement and attitude, which was then:

  • Instantly converted into a digital GIF for social sharing

  • Printed live as a lenticular image, shifting as you move

The result combined cutting-edge retail activation with a deliberate hit of nostalgia, referencing collectable prints and tactile memorabilia.

Why It Worked

A physical takeaway with digital reach

Guests left with something tangible, while the GIFs were shared immediately across social — extending the launch far beyond the store.

Built for influencers

The experience rewarded participation with content that felt premium, unexpected and highly shareable — not just another event photo.

Live production = wow factor

Seeing lenticular prints created on site, in real time, became part of the spectacle. The process itself drew attention and curiosity.

Nostalgia, reimagined

Lenticulars tapped into a familiar visual language, but reintroduced it in a modern retail context — making the experience feel both fresh and emotionally resonant.

The Result
  • High social engagement during the launch window

  • Strong influencer participation and organic sharing

  • A retail activation that felt collectable, experiential and memorable

This project shows how blending digital-first content with physical outputs can elevate store launches — giving brands and agencies a way to create moments that live on long after the doors open.
